Sustainable Development

Eliot Sinclair is involved with many environmental engineering projects ranging from single lot erosion and sediment control plans to environmental engineering of large-scale developments.

Our fields of expertise include:

  • investigation and design of stormwater detention, treatment and conveyance systems for residential, commercial and industrial land developement
  • hydraulic modelling
  • groundwater and hydrological investigations
  • investigations and planning of sewer, potable water and other services
  • assesment of actual or potential effects on the environment
  • preparation of resource consents for Regional and District Councils

Modern software applications enable us to produce extensive hydraulic models, simulate floods and investigate the performance of planned or existing stormwater catchments.

Our environmental engineers are experienced in assessing and mitigating effects on the environment and obtaining resource consents from District or Regional Councils.
