To better meet the needs of a growing market in the upper South Island we have partnered with Land Dimensions, a leading land development, surveying and project management consultancy in Nelson. They provide a fresh approach to surveying and engineering projects, forming close and long-lasting relationships with their clients. This strategic alliance between our two companies will provide opportunity for us to offer the full range of our services throughout the upper South Island while drawing on the local knowledge and relationships of their experienced team.
On Friday 6 August 2021 the Civil Contractors NZ Award Evening of the Nelson Marlborough branch took place in Nelson. The evening is an opportunity to celebrate civil construction excellence in the local market. Land Dimensions have long been a sponsor of the event, presenting the award for Projects Valued $750,001 to $1.5 million. This weekend the Managing Directors of both Land Dimensions and Eliot Sinclair took the opportunity to speak to association members about their partnership.

Land Dimensions are a well-respected name in the local market. The company's directors Raymond Gibbons and Steffan Eden have decades of experience between them and pride themselves on the high proportion of referral and repeat business they receive.
