Nathan brings over two decades of experience to the GIS team, having worked with various government organizations in both New Zealand and California and spent several years as a Geospatial consultant in New Zealand. His passion for the field began with an interest in cartography and has evolved to include a deep understanding of modern geospatial technologies.
In his role, Nathan leverages technical products while exploring new business opportunities to add value through efficient processes. With adaptability as a key skill, Nathan envisions a future where data integration and accessibility drive the industry forward, while keeping Eliot Sinclair up to date with technological advancements.

Her strengths lie in residential projects featuring natural reserves, creating a relationship between people and nature.

With years of experience inside local government and now on the consultancy side, she thrives on acting as the “translator” between clients, councils, and other stakeholders. Her goal is to help visions take shape while balancing practical requirements and environmental outcomes.
Based in Nelson, she is focused on supporting the region’s growth and strengthening community relationships including with local councils. Creativity, problem-solving, integrity, and environmental stewardship guide her approach. Away from her desk, Emily can be found hiking, biking, or kayaking, often drawing fresh ideas from the landscapes she explores. For her, planning is more than a career, it is a way to help create places where people can truly thrive.
